These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the koko4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing koko4d, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
A quick overview of the most important rules governing your koko4d account
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the koko4d platform. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts.
Each player may hold only one active koko4d account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts registered in the player's own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited under our KYC policy.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. Wagering multipliers and qualifying games are specified per promotion. Full details appear in Section 8.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and koko4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the koko4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
To register and maintain an account on koko4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Restriction: koko4d operates a strict 21+ policy. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits refunded in accordance with applicable law. We may request proof of age at any time.
To open an account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and truthfully. You must provide a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), your date of birth, and your primary bank account details for withdrawals.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the koko4d Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, koko4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. koko4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. koko4d accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login details.
All information provided at registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth or fabricated identity documents — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
koko4d is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and at various other trigger points. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit the following documents:
KYC documents should be submitted via your account dashboard. Review is typically completed within 1–24 hours during business days (09:00–21:00 WIB). koko4d reserves the right to request additional document s at any time, including video verification calls, where we consider it necessary to comply with our regulatory obligations.
Withdrawals will not be processed while verification is incomplete. koko4d accepts no liability for delays caused by the submission of incomplete or illegible verification documents.
koko4d accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits are credited to your account after the funds have been received and confirmed by our payment processing team. For all deposit methods, the amount credited will be confirmed in IDR. In the event of any discrepancy between the amount you sent and the amount credited, you must contact support within 24 hours with proof of transfer.
Deposits must originate exclusively from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Where we identify deposits originating from a third-party account, koko4d reserves the right to void such deposits, freeze the account, and withhold any winnings pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount on koko4d is Rp 10.000. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and by the verification status of your account. koko4d may, at its sole discretion, set individual transaction and daily deposit limits.
Note: koko4d will never request your banking password, One-Time Password (OTP), or any other sensitive credentials via live chat, email, or telephone. Any person making such a request is an impostor. Please report any such contact immediately to [email protected].
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the "Withdraw" section of your account. All withdrawals are subject to full KYC verification before processing. Approved withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank accounts are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes during business hours, with a standard processing window of up to 24 hours.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. koko4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. koko4d reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per request and per 24-hour period, which may be increased for fully verified players based on account tier.
Once a withdrawal has been processed and funds released, it cannot be reversed except in cases of demonstrable error. Any chargeback initiated by a Player on a valid deposit will be treated as fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds and winnings.
If an account remains inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. koko4d may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, as permitted by applicable law, and may contact the Player before any balance is transferred or otherwise managed in accordance with relevant regulations.
A bet or wager is valid only once it has been accepted and confirmed by the koko4d system. A bet posted by a Player is binding and may not be cancelled by the Player after acceptance, except where the bet was placed at an obviously incorrect price or where an error has occurred, in which case koko4d reserves the right to void the bet.
If a bet or event is settled incorrectly due to error, use of inaccurate data, or technical malfunction, koko4d reserves the right to void the bet and amend the balance accordingly, even if the event has already been settled and displayed as final.
koko4d may apply maximum bet limits to individual events, markets, or account tiers. These limits are intended to comply with our internal risk-management framework and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
Koko4d is a platform for a broad range of events, including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA, AFF Cup), badminton, volleyball, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports (MPL, PUBG Mobile). All events are settled in accordance with the official rules published on the Platform and any applicable sport-specific rules made available to Players.
All bonuses and promotions offered by koko4d are subject to these terms, the specific terms of the applicable promotion, and any terms published on the promotional page. Unless otherwise stated, each Player is entitled to only one (1) of each type of bonus.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least twenty (20) times the bonus amount (for example, a Rp 100.000 bonus must be wagered Rp 2.000.000 before withdrawal). Where a promotion specifies a higher multiplier, the higher figure applies.
koko4d may, at its sole discretion, impose a maximum cash-out amount on winnings derived from bonus funds. Any bonus-generated winnings exceeding this maximum will be removed prior to withdrawal.
Simultaneous multiple accounts, bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, delayed bets, or any other technique designed to unfairly extract value from promotions will be treated as bonus abuse. koko4d reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and restrict the Player's access to future promotions.
Note: Full bonus terms, including minimum deposit thresholds for each promotion, are published on individual promotion pages. Where there is a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail for that promotion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koko4d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:
koko4d cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in the investigation of any suspected misuse of the Platform and may report suspicious activity.
All content, materials, and technology on the koko4d platform — including but not limited to the site design, text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks — are the property of koko4d or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These rights remain at all times with koko4d and are licensed to the Platform for the purpose of providing the Services.
You may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the koko4d platform for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without our prior written consent. No right, title, or interest in any content is transferred to you by your use of the Platform.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, koko4d, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
koko4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by interruption, system failure, or technical malfunction resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or third-party service provider disruptions.
Where koko4d is found liable for any matter arising out of this Agreement, the total aggregate liability of koko4d shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this clause may not apply to you.
koko4d collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
All personal data, including your identity documents and banking details, is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure, access-restricted servers. koko4d does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, except where required by law or where you have given explicit consent.
By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the transfer of data to payment processors, ID-verification providers, and regulators where legally required.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with these terms, provided all wagering requirements and KYC obligations have been completed.
koko4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, without prior notice, in cases of material breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, prohibited activity, or where we are legally required to do so by a regulatory authority.
Where an account is terminated for cause, koko4d may forfeit any balance, winnings, and bonuses held in the account as a penalty for the breach. In cases where termination is not for cause, we will return your account balance to you within a reasonable period, subject to verification.
koko4d reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms take effect once published on the koko4d platform. We will endeavor to notify existing Players of material changes via email and/or account notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform. We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions regularly to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of a single provision shall not affect the validity of the rest of the Agreement.
